By accessing or using the PixelProof platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PixelProof is a revenue protection SaaS platform that monitors web pages across device, browser, and OS combinations using AI vision models to detect visual issues and estimate their revenue impact.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to scan, except through the publicly available Free Scan feature which is subject to rate limits.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid features are available through subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Agency). Billing occurs monthly. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing through the end of the billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Revenue impact estimates provided by PixelProof are approximations based on the data you provide and global traffic share statistics. They should not be relied upon as exact financial figures. PixelProof is not liable for business decisions made based on these estimates.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any point in time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
