1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: email address, name, and password when you create an account. We also collect domain URLs and revenue inputs (traffic volume, conversion rate, average order value) that you configure for monitoring.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide the Service: monitoring your domains, calculating revenue impact estimates, sending alert notifications, and displaying dashboard metrics. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Screenshots and Scan Data

When we scan your domains, we capture screenshots of your web pages as rendered across device profiles. These screenshots are stored securely and used solely for anomaly detection and display within your dashboard. Screenshots are deleted when you remove a domain.

4. AI Processing

Screenshots are analyzed by AI vision models (hosted on AWS Bedrock) to detect visual anomalies. This processing occurs in real-time and the AI does not retain your data beyond the analysis session.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Revenue leak records and scan history are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: AWS (infrastructure and AI processing), Slack and Zapier (alert delivery, only when configured by you), and Google (OAuth authentication, only when you choose Google sign-in).
