Your Data, Your Control

PixelProof is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data. This page explains how we handle, store, and protect the data you entrust to us.

Data We Process

• Account information (email, name, team membership)
• Domain URLs and revenue configuration inputs
• Screenshots of your web pages captured during scans
• AI-generated analysis results (anomaly detections, suggested fixes)
• Alert delivery logs

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Database backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.

Data Isolation

Each customer account's data is logically isolated. Team members within an account share access to that account's domains and revenue leak data. No cross-account data access is possible.

Free Scan Data

URLs submitted through the Free Scan feature are processed in real-time. Scan results are cached for 24 hours and then automatically deleted. No account association is created for free scans.

Your Rights

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your revenue leak records and scan history
• Revoke team member access at any time
